Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time:
All orders of JonesyQ Products will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are to experience a high volume or orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please all additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your orders, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Priority Mail: Deliver in 1-3 Business Days and Costs Estimated at Checkout
Priority Mail Express* : Delivery Overnight, 7 days a week and Costs Estimated at Checkout
* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the Continental United State
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Return & Exchange Policy
We wish we could assure proper handling and prompt receipt of packages once they have been delivered to the correct mailing address by the third-party carrier (UPS, FedEx or USPS), but this, of course, is out of our control. If a product is damaged when it arrives please file a shipping insurance claim with the carrier.
Returns on food items are not allowed due to the nature of the product. If purchased equipment is defective then return it to our store with your receipt within 30 days of purchase:
